What MDR access is

You are a sales agent (an MDR partner) for a reseller: someone the reseller pays for the merchants you brought in. Your pay is a share of those merchants' volume.

MDR is a role inside the reseller portal, not a portal of its own. You sign in at the same address as the reseller's owners, but your login is read-only. You can see what you earn and the merchants you earn it on. You cannot change anything, and you never handle anyone's money through P2P.

Your login belongs to one reseller. If you work with two resellers, you have two logins, and each needs its own email address: one email can hold only one login in the portal.

Sign in

You need your email address, your password and an authenticator app on your phone (for example Google Authenticator or 1Password).

1. Open the reseller portal address the reseller gave you.
2. Enter your Email and Password, then press Continue.
3. Open your authenticator app and type the code into 6-digit code. Press Verify. The code changes every 30 seconds; if it is about to change, wait for the next one.

Your first sign-in

The reseller gives you a temporary password. It works for 24 hours only, so sign in the same day.

1. Sign in with your email and the temporary password.
2. On Set up your account, choose a New password: At least 12 characters, including a letter and a number. Type it again in Confirm new password.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. If you cannot scan it, type in the secret shown under Or enter this secret manually:
4. Enter the code from the app and press Finish setup.

You land on My sharing.

Lost your phone, or your password stopped working

There is no "forgot password" link. The code page says Can't access your authenticator? Use a backup code., but the portal does not issue backup codes.

Ask the reseller to reset your login. They issue a new temporary password, which also clears your authenticator, so you set both up again as on your first sign-in. See My password doesn't work.

Everything else in the reseller portal belongs to the reseller's owners and staff: the revenue report, agents and shares, staff, branding, settlement, bank accounts, gateways and pools. If you reach one of those pages from an old link, you see a notice instead. See A page says it is for owners and staff only.

How to read the pages

• A word in a box, like My sharing, is a label exactly as the portal shows it.
• The badge Viewer marks what your read-only MDR login can do.
• Don't boxes mark things that could lock you out or mislead you about your pay.
• The screenshots were taken in Thai. You can switch the portal's language at the bottom of the menu. The portal shows the reseller's logo and colours, so it may not look like the pictures.

Who to contact

P2P does not set your share and does not pay you. Questions about your pay go to the reseller.

Read My sharing

My sharing is the page that matters to you. It is where you land after signing in.

1. Choose the period. Set From and To and press Apply. Dates are GMT+7 (Bangkok time), and the last day is included. With no dates, the page shows this month so far.
2. The totals. Under Selected period: Total share earned and Merchants with a share.
3. Your best merchants. Top merchants by share ranks them by what you earned.
4. The detail. Share detail has one row per merchant and fee type:
   • Merchant: the merchant's short name (its slug), not its full name.
   • Fee type: Pay-in (on the merchant's deposits) or Pay-out (on some of its branches' withdrawals).
   • Share (%): your share.
   • Share (THB): what you earned in the period, in baht.
5. Day by day. Press a row to open it. It lists each day you earned something on that merchant; days with nothing are left out. If there are none, it says No earnings on any day in this window. Press the row again to close it.

If the page says You have no active shares., see My sharing is empty.

How your share is worked out

Your share is a percentage of the merchant's volume. It is not a percentage of the merchant's fee, and not a percentage of the reseller's margin.

What you earn = the merchant's volume for that fee type, in the period × your share %.

• Volume for Pay-in is the money in the merchant's customers' deposits that settled. Deposits that expired, were rejected or never paid do not count. For Pay-out it is the money in the merchant's branches' withdrawals that were filled by a deposit from outside the branch; for most merchants that is small.
• An example. Your pay-in share on a merchant is 0.40%. In March its customers' settled deposits came to ฿1,000,000. You earned 0.40% × ฿1,000,000 = ฿4,000.

Where that money comes from: the merchant pays the reseller a fee, and P2P takes its base out of it. What is left is the reseller's margin, and your share is paid out of it. In the example, if the merchant pays 2.50% and P2P's base is 1.50%, the reseller's margin is 1.00% (฿10,000), and your 0.40% is 40% of it. The reseller cannot give all its agents together more than its margin on a merchant, so a share is always a small percentage.

Things that change the figure:

• The whole merchant. Your share covers all of the merchant's volume, its branches included.
• Merchant beats group. If you have a share on a group and a different share on one merchant in it, the merchant share is the one used for that merchant.
• The last day of the period decides. The page uses the share you hold on the last day of the period you chose, for the whole period, and counts the merchants that were the reseller's on that day. If your share changed, started or ended during the period, choose periods that end either side of the change. See My commission is lower than I worked out.

Check it yourself

1. On My sharing, set the period and note Share (THB) for one merchant.
2. Open Merchants → that merchant → Usage report, and set the same From and To dates.
3. Multiply Pay-in usage (or Pay-out usage) by your share. The two should agree, give or take a few satang of rounding.

Being paid

The reseller pays you, outside P2P. P2P works out the figure from its records, but it does not hold your commission, does not send it, and records no payment to you. There is no "paid" status anywhere in your portal.

• Agree with the reseller which period each payment covers, and when it is paid.
• Before each payment, set that period on My sharing and keep a copy of the figure.
• If the amount you receive is different, ask the reseller. They may have agreed a different basis with you, or changed a merchant's rate.

The Money page

Money is in your menu, but it shows the reseller's position, not yours. None of the money on it is yours.

• Incoming: the total billable activity across the reseller's merchants. The list of merchants is replaced by The per-merchant breakdown is not shown for your role — it names merchants across the whole portfolio. and a link, See your own shares, back to My sharing.
• Fee — what you owe the platform: what the reseller owes P2P.
• Custody — cash you hold downstream: merchants' money the reseller is holding for them.
• Outgoing: the reseller's payments to P2P. You cannot dispute them.

It is there so you can see the business your share comes out of. For your own earnings, use My sharing.

Your merchants

Merchants lists the merchants you currently earn a share on: those where your share today is above 0%, for pay-in or pay-out. A merchant whose share has not started yet, or has been set to 0%, is not listed.

For each merchant you see Status, Pay-in rate and Pay-out rate (what the merchant pays the reseller, not your share), and MTD usage and MTD fee for this month so far. MTD fee is the merchant's fee to the reseller, not what you earned. Press View to open one.

If the list is empty, it says No merchants assigned to this reseller yet. For you that means you hold no share today, not that the reseller has no merchants. See My sharing is empty.

A merchant's overview

A merchant's page shows you only its Overview. The other tabs, the fee form and Act as merchant belong to the reseller's owners and staff.

• Usage report. Choose a Granularity (Day, Week and so on) and the From and To dates; the report updates as you change them. Dates are GMT+7. The totals are Pay-in usage, Pay-out usage and Fee. The first two are the volume your share is worked out on.
• Fee schedule history. The merchant's rates to the reseller, and when each started. A change here changes the reseller's margin, not your percentage.
• Sub-merchants. The merchant's branches. Your share covers them all.

Groups

Groups lists every group the reseller has made, with how many merchants are in each. It is not filtered to you, and it does not show which merchants are in a group.

A group matters to you only if the reseller gave you a share on it. Then:

• your share applies to each merchant in the group, and each of them appears in your Merchants and My sharing on its own;
• a share the reseller gives you on one merchant in the group replaces your group share for that merchant.

To find out which groups your shares are on, ask the reseller.

Pages that are not yours

• The dashboard sends you to My sharing.
• The revenue report covers every merchant and every agent's share, so it is closed to agents. By an old link you see This report covers the whole reseller — the fee waterfall and every MDR's share — so it is available to owners and staff only., with a link, See My sharing for your own earnings.
• Settlement, bank accounts, gateways, pools, staff, agents and branding are not in your menu. By an old link, each shows a notice that your login cannot use it.

None of this is a fault: your login is read-only by design.

Each entry starts with what you see, explains why in plain words, and says what to do. You cannot change anything in the portal, so most answers end with the reseller.

Find your question

Signing in

My temporary password doesn't work, or I lost my phone

What you see. First sign-in says Your temporary password has expired. Ask your administrator for a new invite. Or your code is refused. Or your phone is lost or replaced and your authenticator went with it. Or the page says Too many sign-in attempts. Try again in a few minutes.

Why it happens. A temporary password works for 24 hours. The code must come from the authenticator you set up for this login, on a phone whose clock is right. The code page mentions backup codes, but the portal does not issue any, so a lost phone always needs a reset.

What to do

1. Check your phone's time is set automatically, wait for a fresh code, and try once more.
2. If it still fails, ask the reseller to reset your login. They issue a new temporary password, which also clears your old authenticator.
3. Sign in within 24 hours and set up your password and authenticator again (Your first sign-in).
4. If the reseller says your login was switched off, only they can give you a new one.

Your earnings

My sharing is empty

What you see. My sharing says You have no active shares. Or Merchants says No merchants assigned to this reseller yet.

Why it happens. You hold no share that counts for the period you chose. Either the reseller has not given you one yet, or your shares start later than the period's last day, or they ended before it. Merchants lists only the merchants you hold a share on today. The "no merchants assigned" wording does not mean the reseller has none.

What to do

1. On My sharing, set To to a day you know your share applied, and press Apply.
2. If it is still empty, ask the reseller whether your shares are set up, from which date, and on which merchants or groups.

Who to ask. The reseller.

My commission is lower than I worked out

What you see. Share (THB) is less than you expected for a merchant or a period.

Why it happens. Usually one of these:

• The period. Without dates the page shows this month so far. Dates are Bangkok time, and the last day is included.
• What counts. Only settled deposits count as pay-in volume. Pay-out volume counts only a branch's withdrawals filled from outside that branch, so it is often small or zero.
• The base. Your share is a percentage of volume, not of the merchant's fee or the reseller's margin (0.5% of what?).
• A change during the period. The page uses the share you hold on the last day of the period, for the whole period. If your share went down, started, or ended part-way through, the whole period is worked out on the last day's figure; a merchant whose share ended before the last day drops out of that period entirely.
• The merchant moved. A merchant the reseller no longer had on the period's last day is not counted.

What to do

1. Set the exact period you are checking and press Apply.
2. Press the merchant's row to see it day by day.
3. Check the volume yourself on the merchant's Usage report (Check it yourself).
4. If your share changed during the period, look at the parts before and after the change separately: end one period the day before the change.
5. If it still looks wrong, send the reseller the period, the merchant and your figure.

Who to ask. The reseller.

A merchant I brought in is no longer in my list

What you see. A merchant has disappeared from Merchants, or from My sharing.

Why it happens. Merchants shows only merchants you hold a share on today. The merchant drops out when the reseller sets your share on it to 0%, or when the merchant is no longer the reseller's (P2P moved it to another reseller or took it off the book). A merchant in a group you have a share on can also leave the group.

What to do

1. For what you earned on it before, set a period on My sharing that ends on a day your share still applied.
2. Ask the reseller why the merchant has gone, and from when.

Who to ask. The reseller.

A figure for a past period has changed

What you see. You set the same past period again and the figure is different from what you noted before.

Why it happens. The reseller can set your share from a date in the past, and the page then works the whole period out on your share as it stands on the period's last day. A merchant leaving the reseller changes the periods that end after it left.

What to do

1. Keep a copy of the figure for each period when you agree it with the reseller.
2. Ask the reseller whether they changed a share, and from which date.

Who to ask. The reseller.

What does my 0.5% mean? 0.5% of what?

What you see. Share (%) says 0.50%, and you are not sure what it is a percentage of.

Why it happens. It is a percentage of the merchant's volume for that fee type: 0.50% of the money in its settled deposits (pay-in), or in its branches' withdrawals filled from outside the branch (pay-out). It is paid out of the reseller's margin on that merchant, which is why it is small. The reseller's own manual explains the same rule from their side: Your agents' shares.

What to do

1. Multiply the merchant's volume for the period by 0.50%. On ฿1,000,000 of deposits, that is ฿5,000.
2. Compare it with Share (THB) for the same period.
3. If you agreed something else with the reseller, such as a percentage of their margin, ask them to confirm how that was entered.

The rest of the portal

A page says it is for owners and staff only

What you see. This report covers the whole reseller — the fee waterfall and every MDR's share — so it is available to owners and staff only. Or pressing Dashboard takes you to My sharing. Or a guide mentions pages you do not have.

Why it happens. Your login is read-only and shows only your own earnings. The dashboard and the revenue report cover the whole reseller, including every agent's share, so they are for the reseller's owners and staff. An older version of this manual described them as yours; it was wrong.

What to do

1. Use See My sharing for your own earnings, or open My sharing.
2. For anything you need from the reseller's own figures, ask the reseller.

Is the money on the Money page mine?

What you see. Money shows large figures: incoming activity, a fee balance and money held.

Why it happens. The page shows the reseller's position: what it owes P2P, and merchants' money it is holding. None of it is yours. The list of merchants is withheld from you because it names merchants you have no share on.

What to do

1. For your own earnings, use My sharing.
2. See The Money page for what each part means.

Who to ask. The reseller.

When and how am I paid?

What you see. My sharing shows what you earned, but nothing shows it as paid.

Why it happens. The reseller pays you directly, outside P2P, on the terms you agreed. P2P works out the figure but does not hold or send your commission, and records no payment to you.

What to do

1. Agree with the reseller which period each payment covers, and the date.
2. Before each payment, set that period on My sharing and keep the figure.
3. Raise any difference with the reseller (Lower than I worked out).

Words you will meet

• Fee type: Pay-in (on a merchant's deposits) or Pay-out (on some of its branches' withdrawals). Each has its own share.
• Margin: what the reseller keeps from a merchant's fee after P2P's base. Your share is paid out of it, and all agents' shares together can never be more than it.
• MDR partner: you: an agent who earns a share of the volume of the merchants you brought in.
• Merchant: a business that takes payments from its customers through P2P.
• Reseller: the business that gave you your login, sets your share and pays you.
• Share: your percentage of a merchant's volume, for one fee type, from a given date.
• Slug: a merchant's short name, which My sharing shows instead of its full name.
• Sub-merchant: a branch of a merchant. Your share covers all of a merchant's branches.
• Volume: the money in a merchant's settled deposits (pay-in), or in its branches' withdrawals filled from outside the branch (pay-out).
